After doing some extensive research 
I might have found the solution for our w166 ml63 regarding the transfer case and transmission issue.
I am waiting for the response form Kleemann

It looks like Renntech has more options for our w166 ml63 now
790 and 855HP now

I'd like to see what the Alpha 9 package does on a ML both in terms of power and Et's, the Renntech gear looks expensive in comparison.

i owned a few RRS/RRS-SC... the interior is done well, austere, conservative. quality material but it's the tech that is dated and behind the times. even current year.
.
