i believe it will... i bought it for my 03clk500 and it works with that car. Also i have the cd based comand too.

Not to crap on your thread, but there's a guy on Ebay selling the full deal (module, bracket, manual, brand new stalk) for $145USD + shipping. Just ordered one myself last month. You might want to lower your price bro.

Just wondering, are you selling any phone modules?

^ Here you go sir. Mind you, he only sells Voice control. He doesn't sell Bluetooth.

Voice Control but no Bluetooth = neat little toy for OEM HU. So yeah you'd then need a MB UHI + BT or whatnot.
