it will fit if you have a d2b system, which im assuming you do if you have a 2003 benz model.

Can you list the mfg part number (e.g. mc3196 or mc3198, etc. for the cd) and the mbz part number (e.g. A002 820 7989 or similar) for both the cd changer and the amp? Thanks... helps to have this info when trying to match compatibility.

edit: or you could post photos of the labels of each...

^ Yeah it will fit. 2002-2004 are the same. xxx xxx 90 89 is the "good" changer too.
