2009 ML320 Bluetec Exhaust Vibration

Hey everyone, hoping some others have dealt with this in the past cause I really am stumped on this one... I purchased a Bluetec ML about 3 years ago and it has been pretty decent for the most part. It does have a check engine light every once and a while when it gets super cold (I live in Canada) but then when the weather warms up it turns off. Since I purchased it tho, it does vibrate a little bit when I stop at lights and still have it in drive with the brakes applied. In the last couple months I've been noticing mechanical resonance in the exhaust when this occurs. I actually just hit something about a month ago that punctured my Cat and I had to get it replaced. This did not solve the problem and I was kinda thinking this was the problem up until then. Anyone ever had a similar issue with the Bluetec? The vibration is in the back mufflers and I think around the downpipe too

I'd suspect engine mount and trans mount ...
