Removing Upper Trim on Rear Bumper

Does anyone have any directions on removing/replacing the upper trim moulding on the rear bumper? Looks like someone bumped into the vehicle and, luckily, this was the only part damaged. I ordered the part, and I see what appears to be numerous tabs- hope it can be done without pulling the whole bumper off.

It's part#16 on the diagram

It'll be difficult to remove that trim piece from the bumper [while the bumper is mounted on the truck] without scratching and possibly damaging the bumper.

As you probably figured out, it is easy to press in that new trim piece, getting the old one out without damaging the bumper is the difficult part :-)

I'm trying to keep the extremely minor ding from showing up as an accident on the Carfax.
