Proud owner of 1998 s500 facelift.Best vehicle I have ever driven,currently 158,000kms Couple of annoying issues with drivers door like softclosing, remote operation of drivers mirror and window lift but will sort out.

Hi, I am from Des Moines, Iowa area and purchased a new 2012 MLK350 in May 2012. From the onset I noticed a sporadic loss of power while driving in town, after slowing and then accellerating. This always happens while in an intersection or trying to get into traffic. A few seconds of no power and you have some near misses with other cars coming at you. I took it back to the dealer in Sept 2012 and they told me they reprogrammed the motor and reprogrammed the transmission.....did no good. I was in Texas all winter with many many episodes of the loss of power problem.....also....the keyless fob sporadically will not lock the car, lift the truck or blast the panic alarm. THE CAR IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. So back to the dealership 10 days ago. I got a call today....we can't duplicate the problem. This is my first and last Mercedes and in the meantime what the h...do I do with a new car with less than 7000 miles on it when it is dangerous to drive. I anticipate the big long run around with the dealership and MBUSA all the while pretending like they have not heard of this problem previously.....they have....they just don't know how to fix it. DONT BUY ONE

Needs some work for the rust areas, but other than that its great. I love it. Bought it last summer.

Hi all, been a member for a short time, purchased my first Benz in November of last year a 2004 SL 500, with 46000 miles, and I love it, so much so I bought my wife a 2012 C300 sport. Found this site while looking up issue with soft-tops for my 2002CLK320.
Sensor light blinks slowly. Read manual, no help. Was working fine earlier today, but when I tried to close it a little while ago, the hatch opened but nothing else happened. Read through some posts and now I'm here. There are some words that are used that I don't understand here, so I'll just ask for help and see where it takes me. Thanks for help in advance!

My name is Nord and I have a 2002 ML 320 with 169k miles. Love Mercedes this is my third one. I just need a little help identifying causes to problems. My current problem is a high pitched sound that is audible a low speeds that increases with speed. It is like a squeak from the wheels turning. the faster the wheels turn the faster the squeak. If I am not moving but increase the rpms there is no squeak. Could it be the velocity joints?

Hi, my name is Seneca, And I am getting a red "visit work shop" sign. I know its's my auxillairy battery. Though I read that some have bought batteries from autozone. How do you hook it up if the terminals (Pos & Neg) are diffrent?. Dont wont't to spend 300 at dealership iif I can go an $80 DIY route.
