Newbie with famous trunk problem
Jeff is checking to see why handle will not retract 2004 S500 Mercedes. Got the handle to retract
close-up of the handle stuck out. Jeff was able to get handle retracted but the little closet door for that handle will not close.
Hi there we are new to the community forum. We sure can use some help. You folks seem to have solutions for us DIY. If you can please help us!!! Our 2004 S500 instantly won't open the trunk, except with the key, doors do not lock nor do the rear head rest go up or down.
Our Grandson opened the trunk with the handle and it did not go back in, stuck outwardly and everything else above quit working, all at the same time.
We have the PSE vacuum exposed and It is running with every function. It is not a humming sound, but like it is operational, but none of the above is working. We do not hear any air leakage sounds at all. If you have any solutions to our problem we truly would appreciate your input. Sincerely the Little Newbies!!
