Hello all. I've been viewing this site often for the past four months doing lots of research leading up to the decision to purchase a 2005 SL55 and finally made an account so I can get involved. I haven't had a true sports car with real power since 1998 and it was a 1969 Camaro so it wasn't even close to as refined as this. The SL55 is going to be my weekend drive & hobby car as it's been neglected mechanically for quite some time so I've been having a great time learning all about MB engineering/design/maintenance and getting the SL back to optimum condition. I will upload some pics soon.
