2007 C280 - Michigan Newb

New to MB, comfortable ride!

I'm trying to upgrade my head unit and need help!

Has anyone tried the RCA-to-MOST adapters?

Head unit is the name for the stereo (the portion where you actually adjust stuff in the dash).

I knew what the head unit was but usually people my age never mess with that you need the younger owners that deal with that stuff. At my age I do not even listen to the radio because of hearing loss. Sorry someone here should know what you need.
