2013 C300 4MATIC Sport Hard Shift..
 
Hey, I’m new here. I’m having a really hard jerk in my transmission going to 3rd gear in between 27 - 32 MPH. The third gear is the only hard shift, nothing else. I need help figuring it out or any of you have the same issue. I have an appointment for next week at my local dealer as well.

The dealer will reprogram the trans on how to work and hopefully it will solve the problem. It took over 3 years of repeated reprograming before my jerking went away. Hopefully yours will go away sooner.

yes I have a 6 year warranty bumper to bumper with 0 deductible.

That’s sweet. Unfortunately for me, I have no warranty. Yikes
I’ll see what I can do about it because it should not be a pay service if it’s a common problem. Thank you

good luck . If you get no where with the dealer then try MBUSA sometimes they help There is also a $150 off coupon from MBUSA out there that is Good I believe until the end of this year.
