C63 engine bay HOT
Hi, just purchased a c63 2012 saloon, and after driving it a few times have come to notice under the bonnet and even to touch the front wings are RED hot, wondering if there could be a coolant issue or? This is my first car of this calibre (coming from a 120d) so i am assuming its down to just the sheer size of engine crammed into such a small engine bay, apart from that the car is amazing, thanks

What does the engine temp gage say in the instrument cluster? Are there any coolant leaks under the vehicle?
A high horsepower V8 is stuffed under the hood of a vehicle using a 4 cylinder as the base engine. I would expect high underhood temperature.
