Sure you can... Maybe you can't get those specific terms from MB, but I guarantee I can break lease terms if I wish... I may incur costs, but they are just tax write-offs since it is for business purposes...

That is really impressive for a "regular" Carrera though (non Turbo, i.e "S"). Apparently the 991 CS gets better track times than some upper end Ferrari's and full blown exotics, and puts up better numbers than lots of cars with tons more HP (I call it "Porsche Black Magic" i.e how their engineers are so capable in squeezing out more with less). Don't quote me on this but apparently it puts up better numbers on a race track than the 997 Turbo (?). It really is an impressive machine. I've driven a regular 991 Carrera (non "S") and it was very impressive. It didn't have much torque which meant you had to really wind it up to feel the power, but I'm assuming the S mostly takes care of that.

There are 18 months lease for the old model. 24 and to some extend 30 months leases are the most used ones with dealers pushing replacement cars 3-4 months before lease end.
For practical reasons it makes the most sense to wait until early 2014 to get better deals and cars with all available options.
IMO, neither the 9G tranny or some HUD will be deal killers or reasons to wait on these leases. New options will always come with new model years. I expect very little "lease/buyers remorse" from the typical S-Class buyer.

Depending how aggressive MB wants to have their 2013 numbers look like, they may also have have some good year end deals, but those will be likely early fall cars (RWD, no sport package, etc.)

First model year is the worst time to get deals on any vehicles, you can still get couple G's off the price but generally speaking no real discount, the 2013 S-class in my local area had up to 20K off the advertised price!

MB also many times has great incentives to break a lease to get a new MB. My last lease was for 24 months and they had an incentive that if you get a new S-class they would waive up to 5 months of payments so you could get out early.

The rear looks way better with that little lip, IMO. Looks a little too plain without it to me. It adds some dash.
I wanna sleep in those backseats with those plush pillows/blanket!
Also, on that aerial pic, it looks like the aluminum window trim is two pieces after all? A top piece and which ends "on top of" the bottom piece. Is that just an optical illusion?

This is not a joke this time. I need the pillows and blankets, women like pillows and blankets. I think. I might try. I need a focus group. Let's do this.
