Does the front passenger seat move on its own when you want to recline or do you have to do something special?

Their is a button you can press next to the seat adjustments for the front seat to move up.

Does anybody if the rear outboard seats with memory include heating and ventilation and the pillow. I read in the manual that any power seats in the rear come with a pillow but would like to know if this is true. I also contacted my dealer about the seats and he said you have to choose between power or heated seats. Please tell me of this correct or if the power seats come with hearing and ventilation.

One thing I would caution you on is when the front passenger seat is all the way forward and tilted up you need to remove the headrest or else driver can't see the passenger door mirror.

Wow, this is a pretty big problem. Can anyone else confirm this? I always thought that the headrest folded down to help avoid this issue?

The headrest does fold down but it still blocks the mirror. This mode is only for the full chauffeur mode with the front seat all the way up. You have to hold the button all through the movement cycle. I opted just to move it up far enough for the room but not to where the mirror is blocked. But I honestly don't anticipate placing the seat in this mode much.

Maybe if my wife and I are on a long trip and one of us wants to really stretch out in the back.

Can you move it up far enough without blocking the mirror for the leg rest to go up?

I took a look at the rear seat package at the local dealer and thought it looked great. But don't count on being able to stretch out if you are tall-ish. I'm 6'2" and could not use the foot rest or stretch out. And it didn't seem like I was very close to fitting; I'd guess that the cutoff for being able to use the foot rest is around 6' even.

My S550 has the Rear Seat Package along with the Power Rear Seats option.. However, I do not believe I have the leg rest shown in your picture... (I only have the footrest).. Furthermore, I have seen other window stickers of the same vehicle and the Reat Seat Package includes heated and cool rear seats.. However, mine does not have those options. (Only Power).
Thanks for the help,
Sean

It sounds like you do not have the warmth and comfort package, which gives you the heated and cooled rear seats and heated arm panels.

Taking the headrest out is not a big deal. I have power rear seats and heat/cool. So you can have both. I do not have that leg support piece though.

Yeah you do. It's in the trunk next to the spare.
