The Rear comes with the armrest pillows (detachable), as well as headrest pillows that are also detachable.
Fiji Water: That's what some people prefer and they don't drink alcohol, though may have looked better in the photo.
Being Cold: The seat was heated so not too bad.
Being Safe for Work: Well that depends on the work. Some jobs would frown on even mildly suggestive photos -- just wanted to give fair warning since I don't know your situation (therefore the "?", and not "NSFW").
Dream Sequence: Whatever you're currently thinking is probably right. So I encourage you to go with that.

I apologize, but the limiting factor is not so much the camera nor the photographer, but the reluctance of the model to pose for these types of photos. After a fair amount of coaxing the photo below was taken this evening.
