I had a 2014 G63 that the dealer installed hard wired iPad holders to the back of front seat headrests. Problem is that you must use an iPad with the old connection - non-lightning. This was not a MB product but it took some time for the installers to hide the power wires. Looked nice and kids loved it. The iPad holder put out a wireless signal to a pair of headphones or you could plug in wired headphones.
