Changing Wood Trim?

Hi All,
Finally picked up a 2015 S550 - Black/Black - Black Poplar Wood Trim.

Just wondering if anyone has changed the interior wood trim after they bought the car?

Thinking I may want to do it in a couple years to get a nice interior change.

I have done this on a SL, not a S class.

Got mine from the same dealer last month... What options do you have on your S550?

No personal experience in changing a 222's wood trim but I've done it on my R63 and add some OEM pieces on my E63. It's very straight forward, all you need are the parts (which are easy to get) and the spare cash.

My 2013 S550 was my first and last black car. I think the new S looks best in black, but I just can't stand the fact that an hour after being washed, it looks like it needs another wash. Just too much upkeep to keep it looking great. What, YOU don't have a garage???

My current A8L is black metallic, the metallic does help the car hide the dirt for some reason. I also do not have a garage, so it is open to the elements. At the moment I have many bird droppings from the car sitting under a tree on my day off, so it's going to get a nice wash this weekend
