Need a car with 3D Burmester

Hi,
I was wondering if there was someone on these forums who has had a look at the inside of the rear Burmester 3D Subwoofer. It appears that due to my retrofit there is no actual sound getting into the car, and it gets louder as soon as the boot is open. On the 3D Car is there any hole to allow sound to get to the rear seats?
