Analog clock not in sync with the digital clock

Hello guys,
I noticed today that the analog clock in my car is not in sync with the digital clock, there is a difference of about 40 minutes between them, has anybody experienced this issue? What do you think causing this difference?

Thanx

here's where you set the time zone on a 2016 US model, and yes, you CAN set the clock manually if you so want...
