After production rear tables
Hi, I recently bought a brand new S600 from my dealer. The car has the rear first class seats with the compartment running through the middle however it does not have the picnic tables as it is an additional option.
I was wondering if there is a way to add the tables to the car after it has arrived from the factory?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How does it not come with the tables? It isn't an option. If you have the middle compartment then you should have the tables. The middle compartment is the executive rear seat plus, which comes with folding tables.
That is a screenshot of the "Middle Compartment Option"
What the middle compartment looks like incase you are getting confused.

As I told you before MB options in USA is much better than any other country.
watch this video Mercedes S63 AMG 2014 مرسيدس اس 63 ايه ام جي - YouTube
from 7:51 to 7:54 it shows an empty storage space instead of the tables.

I payed 1452 USD for the standard Burmester in USA
and the Burmester 3D costs 8,315 USD.

Burmester is an optional extra here in the UK, which is not the case in America.

Here is some information on where the tables are attached. You would have to see how much it would cost to replace the necessary components. It does not look impossible to accomplish, but I am no mechanic. I assume the big issue is the cost of the parts and labor.
.
This shows you where the tables are attached.
Closer look at point of attachment.
Area inside compartment where table is attached.
When table is completely stored.
Is your leather broken up into three pieces or one piece.
Inside rear of compartment and bottom.
Good luck!

I am pretty sure all the parts, including the leather, can be ordered directly from Mercedes as OEM parts.

I went to my dealer regarding the matter. I explained to them what I wanted. They had a look on their system to see the list of available retro fits. Sadly the rear tables are not one
Don't particular trust people with my cars so I've decided to just leave as is. Thanks for all the help guys!
