Remove speedlock on COMAND functions

I am able to remove all restrictions via software (no module to install) on using the COMAND functions, except the 3D Cam while the car is in motion.

Please drop me a line if you need help with this.

I don't think it's possible but if you experiment with voice commands I think you'll be pleasantly surprised

No, unfortunately. It can't be done via the head unit.
However the engine ECU (module) can be flashed with custom maps to tune better performance and removing the top speed limiter is one of the things you can customize.

I am confused by your post. What do you mean you don't think it's possible?
I was not asking a question. I can do it.

I'm confused...on my 2015 CPO S Class I believe I have function to access everything while the vehicle is in motion. On the other hand, my wife's 2013 E Class cabrio locks out most functions while she is driving, only allowing her to use the voice command.

Is it possible the previous owner updated the software to allow this or is this standard on all 2015 S Class vehicles?

Please clarify what you mean by " restrictions " ?

Thank you!

PS: what is the 3D cam?

I have a 2015 as well and would love to know. Will this allow me into the navigation system while driving?

Yes. Please PM individual VIN so I can confirm it can be done to your Comand head unit.

Apologies for the delay. I just got back to this forum.
