I have a 2015 S Class and cannot get MB here in Honolulu to do anything to correct the issue. Is it really that we are supposed to accept this sub standard vehicle. I even wrote the the CHariman of MB and the head of engineering. Any advice?

Replace all door rubber weather strips.. it will help. Did this on a new W221 couple of years ago on warranty. Vault silent since then.
