Custom build discount?

I've emailed a few dealers my custom bid for the 18 S560 and the best I've gotten off it is 7% for an MSRP of around $130k. Does that sound reasonable?

7% seems avg not bad not great.
I think if your don’t mind spreading your reach 10% could easily be had.

I think 10% on a car in stock is relatively easy to obtain, 10% on a custom ordered vehicle might be a bit more difficult. As JY-MB mentioned, the area in which you reside makes a big difference. The dealer's philosophy on discounting is also a huge factor, as some in the same area wont discount anywhere' s near as much as another dealer right down the road.

do you think 1390 monthly on a 106k with 15k miles/yr is good? 12% off msrp.

On a S560 or S450? On a 450 it's below average (12% off was the published Black Friday special without having to negotiate for discounts). MF and residual are much worst for the S560 so if those numbers would be for a that, the deal would be good.
10% on custom-build S560 today is decent.

This is on an S450. How low do you think they can go? This is in the sf bay area

Year-end will be best or if you need it fast, the next day will be great to make a deal. Apart from a lower price, the high residual will help you lower the rate. Check all dealer inventory in the area; contact them all on models you like. Dealers with more inventory will want to make a deal. See what they come back with
Make sure the MF something like 0.00095 (I haven't checked lately if the rate has improved though but it should not be higher). Be aggressive, 15% or?
