It shouldn’t be a big deal. These cars are mostly bought or leased by people who can easily afford them. Sometimes, another color or a different brand or model catches their eye, shortly after taking delivery, so they make a switch. Maybe they took this car out of dealer stock, only to later decide that they wanted to special order a car with more/different options. The big deal is the warranty. If the car is covered by the factory warranty, I would not worry about it.
