Goodyear 245/40/20 run-flat tires for S-class
For sale: 2 essentially brand new Goodyear's runflat tires pulled off the front of my S550. Fitted for the 20 inch wheels. 9/10's treadlife left on both (90% of new). Perfect condition. JSP1777, I will know tomorrow if I can take them. Dealer is apparently allowing me to swap the 19” wheel and tire package on my new 560 for the 53R 20” wheels and Goodyear’s from my just turned in 2015 550.
About how many miles are on the tires? No issues at all ?

No issues. Tires are essentially new. About 1200 miles on them. Discount Tire measured both at 9/32 (10/32 is brand new).
