How much are people paying for the tire and wheel warranty?

i think they quoted me 2499 for four years. Ya too much. The problem is at least with the one I checked on if you bend a rim from a pothole they just fix same rim. It’s only gonna bend that much more easy next time after being unbent. To me not worth it. I’ll take my chances.

I usually get the warranty but have never used it for a bent rim. I usually get tires replaced because of road hazard but then again not sure if it's worth it

FWIW, tire places usually make similar offers, Discount Tire is a place I've been going for years. If you only use the tire part of the warranty AND the dealer only repairs and doesn't fix a bent wheel, then it might be a better choice. I also feel tire places will be more willing to bend over backwards for their customers versus the dealer doing so.....or trying to accommodate a tire mileage concern, damage etc......I also just hate giving the dealers more $$.

Plus my 2018 has forged rims which should be a lot stronger than those weak rims on my 2012. But ya next pair of tires I’ll probably get the road hazard warrantee. Hit a good bump with these low profile tires and they get cracks or worse blow out.

paid 1900, already paid for twice over. 1 rim replaced (big pothole) and all 4 runflats have been replaced - all in the first year.
