You might try this. Go to Radio in the main menu and select sound. You will then see "Automatic Volume Adjustment" you can turn it off and see if that helps.

This doesn’t exist. I have the 3D version, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

Thanks!

I just found it. It is in the system settings menu. First go to vehicle settings (press on the button with the image of a car on it in the center console). Then you should see "vehicle settings". After that, toggle back on your rotary button a couple of times and you should see "system settings". Then scroll almost to the bottom and you can click on and off a "check" option for yes or no.
