Turning radius

Can someone comment on the turning circle of the current Mercedes S Class (both 6 and 8 cylinder and RWD and AWD). I have a 2012 S550 RWD and am concerned that the current generation has a wider turning circle. I looked for specs but they are either not available or confusing. The S-Class RWD sedans that I've had in recent years (2002, 2010, and 2012) have always been surprisingly maneuverable but I've found, driving other cars, that once you get over 40 feet, you really notice it when turning into a parking space.

I can’t comment on specific numbers, but it’s surprisingly nimble for such a large vehicle. I have no problems in tight spaces-parallel parking- u-turns, etc. Besides with all the sensors and cameras it makes driving and parking much easier. Oh, and the autonomous parking feature works quite well too.

I agree with the surprisingly nimble phrase.

I drive a 4matic and have to back out of the garage maneuver to a slot in a driveway where another vehicle is parked and make a sharp left. I have never noticed the limitations of the steering only the length of the car. The length is almost the same as my wife Suburban parked in the same garage. I love the steering radius and you can't tell its 4 wheel drive.
