It's all in the details. The 2018 S63 interior at night - color, style, fun!

I never had a car that's like a party inside, at night. Starting to really love this car more and more each day. Decided to just keep the black wheels for instance. They may not be everyone's cup of tea but I like the stealthy, aggressive, oddly dark, "young" look to them.

Took some night pics tonight and realized I DO have split screen to some extent. SO HAPPY for this feature. I didn't realize it was part of the car due to another post I read and found it while I was playing around with the features on a long, all day drive with my uncle and a friend in the car. We drove up to an all day Porsche event in Hershey PA and they were loving all the cool features, especially Apple Car Play. They'd text me a message and I'd speak back a message through the car with lots of cursing as it was simply funnier this way. It was such a blast. Also, they were shocked the car didn't come with a CD player as they both listen to books on CD. Oh well, such is life. I took some quick and dirty iPhone pics tonight of the car at night. I'm so glad I bought this baby and didn't wait 3 years till it had depreciated so much. I would have missed out on 3 years of fun and I could be dead in 3 years. I find this car to be... a work of art. My 2012 S63 was very nice, the 2008 S63 was nice as well, but this car is a big step up - more fanciful and youthful.

Tint? I never tinted a car before... it's... legal in Maryland? Why a tint on this car though? I just don't understand the whole tinting thing, really. And yes, I live in Gaithersburg.

I love it. The photos are top notch as is the car. I would suggest keeping your steering wheel and use some driving gloves. It will be hard and costly to find a 2018 steering wheel that doesn't have the alcantara and it'll be even harder to find a buyer for such a new wheel.

Thanks, yes.... a new steering wheel is $2200 and there's no saying whether I can easily sell my current wheel. The find the alcantera wheel quite slippery vs. leather, I can't get a good grip on it at all, but I may just have to get used to it and accept it as is.

I have these guys "fix" my steering wheels, amazing work but isn't inexpensive ... currently, they are fab'g a 3 spoke wheel for me with gloss black and punched leather ... I, too, don't like the feel of alcantara in my hand but the grip on a gloss surface is outstanding

Glad I'm not the only one. I just had the greatest idea... I'm going to find a dealer that has an S63 with the all leather wheel and really check it out in person on an actual car and see if it's worth spending $2200 for me to buy one.
