Easy Entry/Exit not working?

Hi, everyone. I am having issues with the Easy Entry/Exit feature of my 2014 S550. I can set the driving position of the steering wheel and seat, no problem. It stores in memory just fine. But it does not ever move the steering wheel up or set back the seat whenever I turn off the car.

I set the setting in COMAND to move BOTH the steering wheel and the seat. But it does neither.

Is there a way to set the steering wheel and seat in a desired position for when the car stops, so it knows how far to set the seat back and how far to lift the steering wheel? Is that the issue? Am I missing a step?

Thanks in advance for your help. :)

As soon as you open the door it should move the seat and wheel.....

On my 15 and my 18 if you have the seat too far back with your normal setting, it won't move on exit. I had to inch forward my normal, save it and test until I found the spot where it would move back on exit.

Thanks! I'll try this! That could be it. I do have it set back rather far in the normal setting.

Also, I was able to get the steering wheel to move, finally. Don't know how, but it's moving now.

I appreciate the help! :)

Yes, this was it. Thank you so much! :)
