Rear Backup Sensor Alert (vol)
I have 2 questions on the Rear Backup Sensors. 2014 S550 4Matic
1. Is there a way to increase the Volume of the sensor "Beeping as you approach?"
2. Will the vehicle automatically apply the brakes if you are not paying attention while reversing an may hit object.

…. Just a small mar mark on neighbors car. Could have been worse. I know my daughters SRX will slam on the brakes.

My biggest gripe is that it beeps wait too late in the process of approaching an object. I don't get any warning with sound until it's only a foot or so away from the object. I know there are lights to look at but I don't rely on those like I should. I want to hear a beep when within 4 feet of an object.
