Aux battery question(s)
Hi all,
Bit of a back story. Had my aux battery replaced when I bought my CPO 2015 a year and a half ago. My car has been in the body shop now for 5 weeks. Long story, wife drove it and scraped the rear quarter panel pretty good. Had to be replaced, big job.
Anyway, the body shop is saying that the car is ready except it’s throwing a code for the aux battery. Seems like because it hasn’t been driven in 5 weeks, it drained. Since it is only a year and a half old, can it be trickled charged or does it need to be replaced? If it needs to be replaced, how much are they or are they covered under the CPO warrant?
Thank you all in advance,
Steve
