AC Airflow issues

Does anyone else have low AC airflow from the rear vents? No matter which setting I use very little air comes out of the center console rear-facing vents and back seat passengers complain.

What about the 2 Side Vents..... Dumb question, but did you make sure the vents are open with the little retractable dial...

I have the same issue , never did complain to the dealer. He probably would suggest there is an (expensive) option for that. I have fooled around with closing all the front vents cranking it on high speed and it helps the rear passengers (some women run hot and complain about it) but makes me miserable. Have not found a easy way to fix this.

After over 25 years of owning many S Class cars, my current and the previous one I finanlly ordered the rear a/c. To my knowledge this is the only real fix since I have always complained about the rear seat air flow.

did have Mercedes look at it and they said it works fine! Had I known it was an issue I would have bought the rear AC optioned car. I'm determined to fix it so keep an eye on this thread!
