USB cable routing in center console

Too many german broads

USB cable routing in center console

Is there a way to route cables from the USB port in the center console to lead out? The only way that currently works is just slamming the console lid shut on the cable. My iPhone cable somehow got stuck towards the front and I had to cut it out. Figured I ask here before that happens again!

Mine has a spot for the cord if you open it from the passanger side you will see the spot top right corner

We ended up using a short USB cigar lighter insert. We inserted it into the astray lighter. The asktray can then be shut with the cord sticking out the bottom crack.
