On startup if not subscribed to mbrace, etc?

Why do you want to get rid of it? Does it really bother you? What am I missing here? Is there actually a message that shows up on the media screen or something?

That does not seem normal. I don't think you should see any SOS messages even if not subscribed.
I am not and do not have any messages on startup.
