Split View in Command

I read in the owners manual that the 2015 S550 has a Split View option. I tried to enable it and could not find it. Is this something that is only allowed in certain states? I live in Ohio. It sounds safe, as only the passsenger can view video.

Our car has it. You engage it with the remote control that the passenger uses. On our car it is located in the roof of the glove box. You open the glove box and feel for the remote along the top. It slides straight out of a pocket.

The feature is really cool at car shows we will sometimes show people and its amusing to watch their faces when they see the change of images from one side of the car to the other.
