Financing my S560

Hi everyone,

I have recived an offer from my bank to finance my leased S560 and wanted to know if I should take it or no ? I put 12K down and rolled some negative equity from the previous contract to the new contract which brought my term to a 48 months lease, 12K miles a year and monthly payment of $1398 on a 127K S class ( I got 15K discount on the car). I leased my S Class on April 2018 and my payoff amount is $93500. With a 10K down and 72 months financing term ( including %8.25 sales tax) my monthly payment will be somewhere around $1400. Also, I looked at my contarct and found out the lease to buy opition price at the end of the contarct which is $44500. What do you think? Should I buy the car now or wait for the end of the lease term and buy it? By the way after 8 months, I only have 4K miles on the car !

I would continue to run with the existing lease. It really doesn't make financial sense to buy out of such a new lease contract. You already rolled some negative equity into the lease. If you are OK living within the mileage stipulation you should be better off. You always have the option to buy out during the course of the lease contract but at this point I don't think it makes financial sense.
