Cannot code new EZS ignition. $200 cash to anyone that can solve
I have a 2015 W222 S550 has previous water damage.
Almost all is fixed, all modules communicating except shift module which am waiting on and the EZS ignition.
I bought a brand new one from mercedes (had to jump through all the theft relevant part hoops etc) but it will not program.
I have installed and scn coded these before, usually only takes a few minutes.
This one is coming up with error (see below picture) with requested data are incomplete or incorrect when it talks to the server. Says the remedy is to contact the customer help desk.
I cannot call the help desk (am using my own SCN coding account but its complicated :-) ), so if anyone on here can help me solve this headache, I'm happy to pay $200 via paypal once ignition module is coded successfully.
Car is already on a flatbed, I can haul it down to a local indie shop and have them do it, but would prefer to get it done without moving the vehicle if possible. Whoever solves this would need to have their own SCN online account to be able to call Mercedes Help Desk. I have teamviewer of course and vehicle can be hooked up to log in anytime.
Has anyone else had similar problem? Any suggestions welcome

No I don't but I have programmed many ISM modules and ETC modules (which are both FBS4 I believe) as well as one ignition module previously.
Have booked the vehicle in with dealer to let them do it as needed to get it solved.

If we only talk about v/w 222 they all have FBS4 from start of production, yes.
In this case, I think that is your problem with the new EZS, it can also have other causes, but then I need to dig deeper in to it, with the VIN of your car.
Hope you get i fixed then
