Windshield Washer Fluid
Can any quality Windshield Washer Fluid be used in the S550? I have option 874 - AQUABLADE INCL. HEATED WINDSHIELD WASHER SYSTEM. Thanks.

If you want to stay OEM you can get the Summer Fit on EBay for less than the dealerships usually.

Some time ago in conversation with the dealer service manager concerning windscreen washer fluid he stated M-B issued a bulletin stating, not to use RainX as it fouled the reservoir fluid level sensor.

thanks for the info but I have never ran into any problems using rainx wiper fluids. I have been using rainx since I can remember

I have used the Rain X treatment that you rub on the windshield. But I was mainly concerned with any solution that was running thru the windshield washer assembly.
