It meets Mercedes Spec. Some of the other brands that were tested did not.

No thanks! I will stick with Motul X-Clean EFE 5W-30, also sold on Amazon. Quality since 1853.

I am impressed at the number of W222 owners who change their own oil. The last time I changed my own oil, I believe was around 1976 and the car was a 1965 fuel injected Corvette that I restored. After that, I dedicated my time to my business, my desires ran towards new cars and I just let the dealers service them. Funny story, which I may have told here once before: with the many Corvettes I had in the 60’s & 70’s, I had a six quart pot I used for draining the oil. Then, I got a 1965 Jag XKE. I put my pot under the oil plug, uncorked it and imagine my surprise when my pot overflowed to the tune of about a gallon. Those Jag six cylinder engines held TEN quarts. The driveway was never the same.:wall:

And I thought 8 quarts was a lot (AMG)

Amazing! Guys will spend thousands on updated wheels and mods, but worry about a few dollars difference on oil. Priorities, huh?

Yes indeed, but he is so funny to watch. He's usually right too.
