Engine Cover Fasteners

Seems like a silly question when I say it out loud, but does anyone know how to get/order the one inch fastners that hold down the plastic covers over the engine. See the attached photo . Thanks

Try the dealer - - I was missing two of them and the guy at the service desk ordered them for me - free of charge by the way.

I have two missing as well. The mechanics aren't putting them back on very well when they service the engine.

You often find the lost ones when you lower the belly pan and they are sitting there having been dropped. Dont ask me how I know this.

Wasn't that many years ago that Mercedes advertised their cars were based on 'form over function' and they avoided passing fads and 'mere styling' ... and now they feel a need to put a useless plastic cover over the engine ...

Mercedes-Benz code is: MB000 998 23 95
Price in U.K. is: 6 pices £2.70
I have bought all 6 pieces for left and right cover near engine cover. All the best!

Thanks but I suggest you try your local dealer first. This company wants about $16 for shipping AZ to FL. YIKES!
