Correct tire pressure

Sorry if this has been addressed before, but when I last went to check on my tire pressure, I looked at the labels in the gas fill and the drivers door well. They were completely different pressure recommendations. Door has 42/43 psi and the gas fill has 35/35 psi. What pressure do you guys suggest?

Depends on a lot of factors...

Staggered Wheels, Run Flats, etc. Higher Pressure, stiffer ride (In General) As long as you do not go OVER the max cold pressure on the tire, you are free to play with Ride Quality. 20" rims, low profile side walls, go with the highest you are comfortable with...

I use 39/39 in my S-600
Katie22 uses 50/50 in here Maybach

Also note, tires will gain 3-4 PSI at interstate speeds and <lack of> traction needs; and up to 7 PSI on race tracks.

On my 2014 550 LWB 4matic with staggered wheel sizes.19 inch
Door shows the tire size that came on the car new and max load pressure F 38 R 39
Gas door shows different sizes the car could be outfitted with and the normal and fully loaded PSI recommendations.
For mine thats 32 and 32 for normal and 38 and 39 for fully loaded
My own and others on the forum report uneven tire wear which seems to be minimized by running the fully loaded pressure MB recommends which I do now.
