Guys,
What are you talking about.
Michael Jackson is not dead. I just saw him walking down the aisle at Wal-Mart

BTW,
he was holding Elvise's hand.

Any of you guys ever read the GQ article about the first allegation against MJ. Pretty in depth account of all the facts surrounding the case.

If that wasn't a set up for extortion ...

Here's a link to that story.

If true, and it certainly sounds like it has a loud ring of truth to me ... it's that kids father that should still be locked up.

This guy was a dirtbag. His attorney was also a big time crook.

Caught in a recorded phone conversation before any of it began ...

When Schwartz asked what Jackson had done that made Chandler so upset, Chandler alleged only that "he broke up the family. [The boy] has been seduced by this guy's power and money." Both men repeatedly berated themselves as poor fathers to the boy.

Elsewhere on the tape, Chandler indicated he was prepared to move against Jackson: "It's already set," Chandler told Schwartz. "There are other people involved that are waiting for my phone call that are in certain positions. I've paid them to do it. Everything's going according to a certain plan that isn't just mine. Once I make that phone call, this guy [his attorney, Barry K. Rothman, presumably] is going to destroy everybody in sight in any devious, nasty, cruel way that he can do it. And I've given him full authority to do that."

Chandler then predicted what would, in fact, transpire six weeks later: "And if I go through with this, I win big-time. There's no way I lose. I've checked that inside out. I will get everything I want, (money) and they will be destroyed forever. June will lose [custody of the son]...and Michael's career will be over."

"Does that help [the boy]?" Schwartz asked.

"That's irrelevant to me,"
Chandler replied. "It's going to be bigger than all of us put together. The whole thing is going to crash down on everybody and destroy everybody in sight. It will be a massacre if I don't get what I want."

Instead of going to the police, seemingly the most appropriate action in a situation involving suspected child molestation, Chandler had turned to a lawyer. And not just any lawyer. He'd turned to Barry Rothman.

I see a lot of people here worship MJ.
I say... get a life already !

He was (and still entertaining) an entertainer. Nothing more, nothing less.
I would leave the subject alone but ...
when I heard that:

WASHINGTON (CNN) – The House of Representatives held a moment of silence Friday morning to mark the passing of legendary singer Michael Jackson.
"His heart couldn't get any bigger, and yesterday, it arrested," said Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. "I come to the floor today on behalf of a generation to thank God for letting all of us live in his generation and in his era."

...I must say ENOUGH ALREADY

Moment of silence in The House? Un-freaken real!
Does this qualify for flags at half staff or moment of silence?
How about a moment of silence for all our military who were/are fighting for our freedom.
And to our liberal friends here (who hate military per se), how about Farrah Fawcett or Ed McMahon who fought for this Country or some other great entertainers (Three Stooges).
I have a better example for those nonbelievers.
How about moment of silence for every molested dead child.

House of Representatives - pathetic! Get back to work you a$$holes!

It's a pisser when all the liberals and dems are fighting so hard for "No Prayer" politicians but It's ok (I guess) to stop "The House" for a moment of silence for beloved Michael.

So enough already

At this point, all I want to be able to do is go into the Gelson's parking lot (on Hayvenhurst) and get some grocery shopping done without a police escort while leaving the parking lot! lol

Gotta love how Sharpton and Jackson will want to milk some political juice out of his death.

And then there's this:

I may argue with a lot of your points on other threads.

But not this. You're entirely right. The hysteria is ridiculous. Even if he wasn't a paedo and was just a talented musician, why on earth is there silence for him and no-one else?

Incidentally, I didn't realise until today that Paris is a girl. I'd always thought she was a boy with a bad haircut. Nothing about the way she looks or anything: I just thought that MJ had three sons. And, of course, Paris is a boys' name.

I was watching a BBC documentary on MJ. He came away with the conclusion that MJ was a paedo. I never bothered with the details of MJ's paedo exploitation but one thing they mentioned caught my ears. Apparently, the kid described MJ ***** and the description matched exactly. What the hell, what else do they need? Videos of MJ stuffing children with Beat It playing in the background?

Here is the first part....I can't find the rest of it.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jordy Chandler, Jackson's first accuser, gave detectives a detailed description of Jackson's genital area, including distinctive "splotches" on his buttocks and one on his *****. The boy's information was so accurate he was able to locate where the splotch moved to when Jackson's ***** became erect and the fact that he was circumcised. Jackson was brought in and his genitals duly photographed. Soon after this shoot (surely one of the stranger photo sessions endured by the singer) was matched up to Chandler's description, Jackson suddenly agreed to settle Chandler's civil claim out of court for somewhere north of $20m (12.2m).
JANUARY 6--As search warrants go, you won't find one more intrusive than the one executed on Michael Jackson's, um, person in 1993. And the results of that intimate Kodak moment from a decade ago could resurface in the performer's upcoming molestation trial.
A detailed recounting of the criminal probe of Jackson is contained in sealed documents reviewed by TSG. An affidavit from former Santa Barbara Sheriff's Department deputy Deborah Linden was filed in 1993 to secure court permission to photograph Jackson's private parts. Investigators sought the images in a bid to corroborate allegations made by 13-year-old Jordan Chandler. The boy told police that Jackson frequently masturbated him, adding that he could provide a detailed description of the star's ***** as a way of proving the pair had been intimate.
According to the Linden affidavit, Chandler told police that Jackson justified the illicit acts by saying, "it was okay and natural because other friends had done this" with him. The singer, then in his mid-30s, also allegedly told the boy that, "masturbation is a wonderful thing." The celebrity also told Chandler that if he ever spoke about the incidents, he would be "placed in Juvenile Hall," and they both would get in trouble.
The document also describes a confrontation between Jackson and Chandler's father Evan, who suspected that the performer may have been assaulting his son during sleepovers. The elder Chandler tracked Jackson down to his "hideaway apartment" in Los Angeles.
The boy's father asked Jackson, "Are you ****ing my kid?"
The entertainer "became very upset" and told Chandler that he did not use that word. Linden notes that the singer did not answer the question or deny the allegation.
With Los Angeles Police Department detectives weighing his claims, Chandler gave them a roadmap to Jackson's below-the-waist geography, which, he said, includes distinctive "splotches" on his buttocks and one on his *****, "which is a light color similar to the color of his face." The boy's information was so precise, he even pinpointed where the splotch fell while Jackson's ***** was erect, the length of the performer's pubic hair, and that he was circumcised.
It wasn't long after law enforcement's photo session that Jackson agreed to settle Chandler's civil claim for north of $20 million.
In a recent sealed affidavit, Tom Sneddon is quoted as saying that Chandler's pre-search description (and a drawing) "corroborated" photos taken of Jackson and observations made by officers who examined the body of evidence.
In light of Sneddon's proclivity for hardball tactics, perhaps it shouldn't be a surprise if he tries to have those old images finally admitted into evidence. We're pretty sure Jackson would oppose that, though he did tell Chandler years ago that he was "proud of his coloration" and thought he "looked like Pan."
