I read a few articles of the Queen SL55AMG
22.62" hit 240 km/hr, 32.x" hit 300 km/hr, amazing 500 hp.....
a lot of merits about her.I know that, she's truly a fast car.

We,fans of Mercedes here had them sprinted to Vmax.
Taped it and check the video
(0) The camera located at 3600 m from the start point.
where we launched at 70 km/hr,floored the pedal, keep 5~6 car length interval, all by the signal to go.
(1) The tape shows (camera at 3600 m)
CLK50K 1st past, 5" more SL55AMG past, 2" less C32AMG past.

a.I was running about 307 km/hr at 5800 rpm when past the
camera
b.SL55AMG limiter engaged(260kph) earlier before past the camera
c. The agressive & delimited C32 did its best to chase the SL55
upfront,more than 280 km/h when it past the camera
C32 overtook SL55 later at its speed 290 km/hr while SL55
was constantly 260 cruising.
(3) The sound of each passing car is different,according to the speed. mine is the most screaming one,like a jet then the c32
SL55 sounds much "gentle" for its 260 humble cruise.

My conclusion is (at least)CLK50K runs as fast as SL55AMG before the limiter,
no reason to slow me down after the limiter till Vmax.
I agree AMG red at 6200 rpm,allow more Vmax than mine
which red at 6000 rpm.

:D I need to upgrade the exhaust, I keep it stock now.
My S/C is conservative 0.45 bar setup by Kleemann.;)

especially those exotic car owners
There're too many kids race on the road, putting larger turbo
that mismatch the chassis or brakes, kill ppl or themselves
sometimes.

Now we have enthrusiasts from exotic cars are happy
with our private gathering and a match to enjoy the art of
modern automobiles.
A F360 will join us, I know the result while he doesn't
but I'd love to take a good look at Ferrari/F360 :)

SL55AMG is fast as well as CLK50K, E46/M3 vs C32AMG performed
the deadly match,too in this mini Gumball"10".
From the video, nobody can walk away his rival.
(1) Delimited C32AMG past M3 by that M3 limited Vmax ~ 168
mph.
(2) C32AMG launch first, the M3 follow behind perfectly
neither be pull away nor overtake, so is the same result by M3 launch first.
(3) The group of V8 Kompressor, AMG or Kleemann
proved their huge power to pull those V6/I6 small beasts
they keep running this way till Vmax or limiter engaged
Now I understand why Porsche GT2(462 hp) was reported 8" behind delimited SL55AMG by time to 187 mph
GT2 is great for 0~1/4 mile, 0~1000 m, 0~ 150 mph !
:D The V8 kompressor shows its superior power that rules speed over 150 mph ! few supercars can do that, too
But they're sky high priced............
