I don't think any one of them is the best at everything.
Be a little more specific, are you talking ECU programming,
Add on parts, interior, Performance brakes, suspension, engine mod's Superchargers, turbos, from the ground up motors?
The good's come to mind,
Kleemann
Renntech
Brabus
EVOsport
Just to name a few!

I'm still looking for ECU chip, i see all kinds of prices out there from 250.00 to over 1k which is rediculous for a small HP increase, but open to any suggestions. Thanks...

well I know the minimum is about 10-15 and sometimes more, if I get about 12hp+ I'll be happy... on some models they get over 20hp but I highly doubt, I'll get that...

If they say you'll get 20HP you'll probably see about half of that.
The only way to really tell is to get a base line Dyno done. Then install the part, then re-dyno it after the car gets a few miles on it.
Best of luck to ya!

Kain, I thought you wanted a Beemer. The best MB tuner is AMG of course. Brabus would be best aftermarket tuner because they have MB's blessing and warranty coverage. Save your money and just get the c32 or M3, already tuned.

There are quite a few tuning options out there. It all depends how power hungry you are. I'm not sure what's available out there in Dubai.

From what I've read and see I would say Evosport is trying very hard to develop thier own products and are doing the correct testing of parts prior to sale.
I give them the nod cause they make thier own stuff, for the most part. And there prices are not totally out in left field, aka: Renntech.

This is a completely subjective question.
I particularly value both Evosport and Kleemann's participation on this board, and contributions as tuners.
Both seem to usually have the options the others don't, instead of just carbon copies of carbon copies.

BTW, I know of an HPS CLK55 that runs hard. It may not be as fast as a Kleeman car, but it runs strongs at less than half the price.
Do not be fooled by one person that had this system and did not want it for whatever reason.
And this car was running strong on a 95 degree day, so don't believe the BS about it running to hot.
My 2 cents.

Just order our extra power car & don't touch anything else.
Well, I rate it as a dealer rather than a tuner in some ways.
The tuner should be interactive with customers, willing to help
& advice them
Go for a try , No ! there's side effect....., Put some gauges if you
concern about ....

Cars and boats!
I say RENNTech is the best tuner due to the amount of R&D that goes into their work. Their work does not void any Factory Mercedes Benz warantee so that says a lot. Hartmut used to work for AMG, remember. RENNTech keeps your motor reliable however far they tune it!!

There are RENNtech friendly dealers but currently Brabus is the only tuner that has a blanket agreement. Other's including KLEEMANN were said to be attempting to gain the same deal.

Out Of Control!!
Let's clarify the warranty concerns.
1. If you have ANY aftermarket product installed on the car that DOES cause a problem, then that particular product is not covered under the factory MB warranty. It is then up to the company and the consumer to cover the costs of repairs.
2. If you have an aftermarket product installed on the car and have a problem with the car that is not caused by the product in question, than it is illegal for warranty claims to be denied.

Let's state a for example.
I have a supercharger on my CLK and the transmission blows up.
Can the dealer tell me the entire drivetrain is not covered?
What about the fuel injection system failing?
This issue is one of the most interpretive I have ever seen.
My dealer said the service manager would "blacklist" the car if I brought it in with a supercharger. He stated this off the record.

Bottom line I think if you had a company that modified your car, the company would warrantee their works. To me, that would be only if I live in the same city as the tuner. Otherwise, it would be a hassle to correct a problem if it wasn't done right or got lossened after a number of miles. Unless the tuner would be willing to come to my place and correct the problems.

Also this Black List everyone talks about is folklore. All the dealer can do is make a note in your vehicle record that says what he found. Luckily other people have spent the time and money clarifying these issues.
But the dealers are now pulling other tricks. (If you are trading your car in)
If the car does not have the recommended tires sizes (Stated on the sticker on the door sill or other location (Even if you have only gone to a higher speed rating) they will not buy your car. I have also found out if you have changed the exhaust the dealers will ding you for not having factory equipment. So expect a much lower price if you have any aftermarket performance items on your car. This is what happened to me in California.
Other states may vary.
Best of luck you,
Tim
