Warning OE Tuning flash Tune lost hp on the dyno and 1/4mi time

Hey guys
I just wanted to post my experience with OE Tuning flash tune.
Now this was done on my 08 Jaguar XKR (one owner car with 60k miles, and in top mechanical shape) but since OE Tuning does a lot of work on Mercedes I think this would be relevant information.
Long story short: July 2016 I purchase a flash tune with a handheld flasher. Received it withing a few days. Load the tune, car feel more powerful , Im happy. Well not so quick I drive around for a bit and notice that around 2000 rpm the car actually pings with the tune. I try different fuel, change to lower temp spark plugs all to no help. Contact OE they sent me another file which fixed the pinging issue. Ok I thought my troubles were done but then I notice that car just doesn't have the bite on the top end as the stock tune did , although feels more powerful on the lower end in city driving, A few month later I take the car to a 1/4mi strip, turns out I lost nearly 2mph trap and lost ET with the tune on vs stock. Verified all on the same day, same 60ft times. I complain to OE, they tell me its impossible and so on , and they just simply stop responding to my email or calls unless I call from a different number at which point they just tell me they will get back to me and they do not. This year I decide to get a Dyno done on a Mustang Dynometer and it just confirmed that I was right all this time OE Tune lost hp and torque numbers. I contact them once again this time they respond and sent me updated tune going by the Dyno AFR. I do some loging and AFR is still unchanged and super rich, Demanded AFR with OE tune is as rich as 8.8 vs stock 10.2, although they did bump up the timing a bit which I do not think had much of an effect. I complain again and I get a call back from resolution specialist of some sort who works for OE. He promises he would call back which is now 2 days ago to setup a time to do custom dyno tune. Once again I call I get no one to call back, I leave a VM I get no response.
Im thinking about taking them to court

Just wanted to share this with you guys. At this point I would not trust anything that OE tuning does, and do not trust your butt feeling of the tune, take it and test it on a 1/4mi track or a dyno.
