- OBD2 re-flashes are free, Bench Flash/ECU send in re-flashes are $100
(If tune is ever erased, we supply new updated files based on initial purchase)
- Retunes are $100-$200 depending on modifications.

OBD2 flash loaders allow you to switch between different map settings at your convenience, even remove the tune and return to the factory stock map before dealer servicing, without removing the ECU.
OBD2 flash loaders are in stock and overnight shipping is available for next day delivery.

If you previously purchased a bench flash/ECU send in type tune or had an OBD2 local install, purchase of an OBD2 flash loader at a later date is no problem.

So guys I ordered My GENIUS and tune for my 15 SL550 2 weeks ago,however I seem to have one of the rare cars that they don't have access to my ECU remotely. It sounds like I have to pull the ECU and send it in. Ive had a very difficult time getting a hold of anyone at OE tuning. They rarely answer their phone and out of id say 15 phone messages Jeremy returned my call only once. It seems Jeremy is very busy with many projects and Gabriel is usually not in. At any rate Im just wondering if anyone has access to either Jeremy or Gabriel through different channels. They have requested through email that I send my ECU in to be tuned. My only concern is once I send it that I get it back and the ability to reach someone if it doesn't come back or there is an issue upon installation. I fell Ive been very patient and hope I'm an isolated incident... Anyone else have issues? Should I send in the ECU?? Any help/advice or experiences would be appreciated.

Unfortunately if the ORIGINAL stock version for MyGenius is not in OE Tuning or Dimsport shared database, we have to read the ECU on the bench to get this particular version for MyGenius support. Once ECU is read, MyGenius can support flashing your car. The added downtime without the ECU while the read is being done is the only set back here.
We also do our best to source reads for other colleagues when the ORIGINAL files are not in databases.

It is then up to the customer to decide if they would like their ECU read at a time that suits them (OE Tuning covers shipping in this instance), or return their MyGenius for a full refund, until the version become available (time frame is never known).

When is the next sale? I was out of town on business and didn’t see the add. I have 204 CLS63S with Performance package. Checked out the webpage and shows stage 1 and 2 options along with burble tune. What’s the difference? Thanks
