I love my 2016 gl350
So long, enjoyed this forum for over 2 years.
We have parted with our beloved 2006 R350 last week. We upgraded to a 2009 GL450.
We loved the R, but at 66k mi we could not get the MB extended warranty, so we had to sell it. The car was more than perfect for us and our 3 kids.
Time will tell how it compares to the GL.

2011 GL450, '06 R500 traded, '08 ML350 sold
It would be interesting to read your thoughts comparing the two after let's say 2-3 months of real life use as opposed to a short test drive one does. Let us know pros and cons between the two as being used as a family vehicle. Enjoy you new ride.

One thing is for sure - you need extra warranty for this heavy car ...
