Parktronic sensors- Wrong ones?

I've been having Parktronic errors for almost a year now. I often have to disable it to stop the beeping. So I bought a replacement set of sensors from ebay that were supposed to fit my 2008 4-matic, and put them in the front bumper. But the new sensors are part number: 001 542 74 18, and the ones I pulled out are 004 542 87 18. Secondary numbers are old: 0 263 003 568 0048b, new: 0 263 003 167 0080d

Of the six new sensors I put in, five read 20cm (never changing) and one reads 255, but will change with distance. I'm using the iCarsoft reader to read the values when the car is running and in reverse. Pre-replacement, the reader indicated errors with the front inside and center sensors on both sides, before I cleared the codes. So I replaced all six front ones since I have the bumper off.

I'm 90% sure that I got sensors that won't work with this system, but was looking for confirmation.

Anyone have a good source for the correct ones?

I had a left rear outside sensor error. I bought 2 different sensors with no resolve. Turns out my problem was broken wires from a bumper impact at left rear corner. Wire harness was between bumper skin and beam. Damage occured prior to my ownership. Various part numbers seem to show up as compatible. Anyway, check your wiring carefully FWIW.

I put the old ones back in, and they are all working right now, but I know they will fail again. Don't know if it is the wiring or sensors being intermittent. The part I could see when I had the bumper off looked fine.
