Buying new car, want to tint windows and need point of reference.
I feel my current R350 tint is adequate.

I think I noticed you may have sold, but for anyone else wondering... Since yours is a 2012, the tint ratio is probably dependent on if your R is equipped with the optional blue heat insulating glass or not. Tint was standard but the heat insulating was optional and seems darker, I think you could get it available separately by special order as well as part of the sports package (basically the 20 inch wheels together with the heat insulating glass).
