Hello, Fellow R drivers. Can someone with electrical know-how tell me how to test if this is bad or not?

My scanner tells me my problem is this switch. So I took it off to test it before I go buy another, but can’t seem to find anything on how to test this particular switch. Been looking ( likely in the wrong places) for almost a week.

Putting my meter Ted across the 3 leads I get the following:

across 3-2: 187 kohms
across 2-1: 183 kohms
across 1-3: 6.4 kohms

no continuity between any of the 3.

Thank you to the real techs out there. I’m an old-school mechanic (read NOT technician) with a meter.
